No Commitments: If you are on a monthly membership it will automatically renew every month unless you email us to cancel.  We only ask that you give us 7 days notice prior to your charge date via email core10pilates@yahoo.com

Free Freezes: Loving your membership but you'll be out of town?  No worries, just email us at core10pilates@yahoo.com and we'll pause your membership for free.  When you're back in town, let us know and we'll un-pause it so you can resume classes.

Cancellation Policy: A 12 hour cancellation is required prior to a scheduled class.  Should you be unable to attend, please cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance to allow another client to take your place.  All class reservations and cancellations are easily made on our Vagaro app.

Late Cancel/No Show: If you fail to cancel 12 hours before or do not show to a class, you will lose the class.  Those with a monthly membership will be charged a $10 late cancellation/no show fee.  This policy is in place to ensure everyone is able to take the classes they desire.  Thank you for helping us to provide you with the highest quality of service!

Add on Classes: If you are on a monthly membership and you would like to come more times than your membership allows, you can purchase a class add on for the same discounted price you're already getting (ie. 4/month memberships get additional classes at $19.50 per class, 8/month at $17.50 and so on).  If you are on the Monthly Day Pass and would like to come more than once per day, an add on class can be purchased for $10
